A server that is great for regular accounts is not automatically great for irons. Drop rates need to make solo progression realistic, NPC shops need to stock what an ironman cannot get any other way, trade restrictions must be enforced without loopholes, and separate hiscores should measure ironmen against other ironmen. Vote and donation rewards matter too: anything an ironman can buy with real money undermines the whole point of the mode.
