When does my listing go live?
Your sponsored listing is activated within a few hours of payment confirmation. You'll receive an email with your activation details and a link to verify your placement.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — all tiers are monthly subscriptions with no lock-in. Cancel at any time from your Stripe customer portal and your listing reverts to standard placement at the end of the billing period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
Absolutely. You can switch tiers at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What do I need to get started?
Just your server name, a contact email, and a payment method. Your server must already have a listing on RuneIndex — add it for free before purchasing a sponsored tier.
Is my payment secure?
All payments are processed by Stripe, the industry standard for online payments. RuneIndex never stores your card details.
