Toplist Rules

• • Your server must be publicly accessible and playable — or, if it has not opened yet, have its launch date set on the listing.
• • Server name, description, and category must accurately describe the server's content.
• • Descriptions must be written in English or include an English translation.
• • Website URL must link to the official server website or download page.
• • Banners and logos may not contain adult content, flashing imagery, or misleading claims (recommended banner size: 1200×300).
• • Each server may only have one listing. Duplicate listings will be removed.
• • Servers that have been offline for more than 7 consecutive days may be delisted.

• • One vote per server every 12 hours, per IP address and per in-game username. This is enforced server-side.
• • Automated voting scripts, bots and proxy voting are prohibited. Votes from VPN, proxy and hosting networks are recorded but excluded from rankings.
• • Offering real-world currency or items outside the game as a voting incentive is not allowed.
• • In-game rewards for voting are permitted and encouraged — see our callback documentation.
• • RuneIndex monitors voting patterns and may invalidate suspicious votes. Every listing shows how many of its votes were excluded this month.
• • Coordinated vote manipulation campaigns will result in permanent bans.
• • Player counts may only be reported by the game server through the heartbeat API. Reporting fabricated counts gets a listing removed.
• • A listing's declared donation model (cosmetic, convenience or pay-to-win) must be accurate. Misrepresenting it gets a listing removed.
• • Advertising buys a labelled sponsored slot. It never changes a server's rank.
