Carnage

Carnage took an unusual route: rather than adding custom content on top of Old School RuneScape, it stripped the standard content out and rebuilt around its own systems, in development since 2021. Progression runs through item upgrading, ruinous prayers, a perk tree, and sigils with stackable pet effects, feeding into custom raids. More than twenty-five game mode combinations are available, including ironman variants. A party system supports group bossing and gambling is automated. Custom items use recoloured OSRS models rather than new assets, which keeps the game visually coherent.
